This Really is a cracking little show and camping is advised as it's mainly the evening banter over some beers that I love about Polo Show! 

 This year we need your help and co-operation more than ever! The venue have allocated us a field, but they may allow other people to camp there unless Club Polo can book all 200 plots. We don't have the funds to do so - so we need your help to make this year's show work.

What can I do to help? You can pre-book your camping for the weekend by filling out the following booking form, and pay in advance: whittlebury_booking_form.doc ( 23.5K ) Number of downloads: 123

This will help to ensure that all of Club Polo get to camp together, as well as saving you money! The club has forked out for dedicated plots for the marquee and show and shine areas, but it's up to you guys to make sure you all book early enough to get allocated plots in our field!

I cannot stress enough how important it is that this year ALL of our visitors behave. Sadly, the behavour of a few individuals last year lost us our old venue - and this has cost the club dearly, both financially and in terms of the additional workload on the organisers. Please don't let it happen again!
