Description

Celebrating its 21st anniversary this year, GTI International is the UK's greatest event for enthusiasts of all the high-performance models from the Volkswagen Group, including Audi, SEAT and Skoda.

Staged over the weekend of June 21-22, GTI International takes place at the Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground, near Leicester, not far from junction 20 of the M1.

This ex-air base is the ideal venue, its 2-mile runway complex offering large areas of hardstanding, perfect for the quarter-mile Sprint, 200-car Show 'n' Shine, driving activities, trade stands and exhibits, as well as extensive grassed areas for the club displays and inter-club events. It also houses a historic aircraft display and is the home of the Vulcan project, providing an added attraction for visitors to the show. With a new layout for 2008, this year's event promises to be even bigger and better than ever before!
